The Lead Consultant is Christine Orono who founded People Insights Limited in 2009 to offer People and Career consulting and support services. She brings a vibrant background of over 17 years of strategic and operational human resource experience from a major international bank. She is a strong HR generalist with depth of experience upto senior management level in the following HR disciplines: business partnership, people change management, resourcing, performance management and reward, learning and development, employee relations, career development and coaching.

Christine’s experience includes regional and international exposure including extended stints in developed markets of South Africa and United Kingdom. She has a proven track record of achievements in the development and implementation of human resource policies and change programmes which deliver positive business results.

Apart from being a HR professional, she is also an internationally accredited Job & Career Development/Transition Coach and NLP Practitioner. Having an unmatched blend of experience with people from diverse cultures, personality attributes and and interpersonal skills it is very easy for Christine to deal with any range of people from junior employees to senior executives.
